The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by Bambrew and the User. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bambrew shall be entitled to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent misuse of the Website.

18.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website.

19.Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure or delay by Bambrew in enforcing any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right
